Turnaround time depends on the length of the audio and our current workload. As a general guideline:
Audio recordings of 2–3 hours: approximately 3 days
Audio recordings of 5–8 hours: approximately 2 weeks
Our process is simple and structured:
* Complete and submit the requisition form
* A quotation will be issued based on the length of the audio recording
* A deposit is required before work commences
* Upon completion, a tax invoice will be issued, reflecting the deposit paid
We accept most standard audio formats.If necessary, recordings can be converted into a suitable format to facilitate the transcription process.
Yes, we offer private recording services on both weekdays and weekends. Please note that weekend services are subject to an additional fee.
